YOGA BURN WITH WEIGHTS
YOGA BURN IS A HIGH-INTENSITY, DYNAMIC YOGA PRACTICE THAT INCORPORATES RESISTANCE INTERVAL TRAINING AND CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES INTO TRADITIONAL YOGA SEQUENCES. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON STRENGTHENING MUSCLES AND A STUDENT’S ENDURANCE. HAND WEIGHTS ARE OPTIONAL TO ADD A NEW CHALLENGE TO THE SEQUENCE BUT USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT IS ALSO VERY EFFECTIVE. Experience a full body workout with a series of boxing moves: jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, and combos PLUS resistance props with isometric movements and high repetition. The muscle groups are targeted and worked to the point of exhaustion, followed by a series of ballet barre stretches, creating long and lean results.

Heated Vinyasa Flow
Our 60-Minute Hot Flow, consists of a series of 26 poses and focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility. This is a vigorous practice that will open, strengthen, and detoxify the entire body. Our studio is heated to 90-95° Fahrenheit.
The 60-Minute class flows through the same postures as the traditional 90-Minute, but moves at a quicker flow and has less rest.
Must have full-length towel and water and must come to class very well hydrated.
